About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program, supporting the Oldham County market in Kentucky, including La Grange, Crestwood, Prospect, Pewee Valley, Goshen, Buckner, Northeast Louisville, and surrounding communities. Placement may be at different Enterprise Mobility locations throughout the market based on business needs and available opportunities. Trainees begin learning the business at a neighborhood branch, serving customers and partners while developing operational expertise. The structured, hands-on program provides training, mentoring, and support to build the knowledge and skills needed to eventually manage a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team. Trainees learn customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, and build relationships in the community. The position offers targeted first-year annual compensation of $50,016.20, based on an average 45-hour work week. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, or be within one semester of graduating with a bachelor’s degree.
Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
No drug- or alcohol-related conviction, such as DUI or DWI, in the past five years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require the company to sponsor work authorization now or in the future.
