About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program, supporting the South Louisville market, including Shepherdsville, Mount Washington, Bullitt County, Hillview, Lebanon Junction, Brooks, Fairdale, Okolona, South Louisville, and surrounding communities. Placement may be at different Enterprise Mobility locations in the market based on business needs and available opportunities.

The Management Trainee starts learning the business from a neighborhood branch, serving customers and partners while developing operational expertise. Through structured, hands-on training, mentoring, and support, the trainee learns to run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team. Training covers customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, with an emphasis on putting customers first and building community relationships.

The position offers targeted first-year annual compensation of $50,016.20 based on an average 45-hour work week. Enterprise Mobility describes a career path with opportunities for progression and promotion from within.

Requirements

• Must have a bachelor's degree or be within one semester of graduating with a bachelor's degree.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
• Must have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction, such as DUI or DWI, in the past five years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require employment authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
