About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program, supporting the Oldham County market, including La Grange, Crestwood, Prospect, Pewee Valley, Goshen, Buckner, Northeast Louisville, and surrounding communities. Placement may be at various Enterprise Mobility locations in the market based on business needs and available opportunities. The Management Trainee begins learning the business from a neighborhood branch and serves customers and business partners while developing operational expertise. Through a structured, hands-on program with training, mentoring, and support, the trainee learns customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, with the goal of eventually running a branch, cultivating new business, and developing a team. The role also involves building relationships in the community. The position offers targeted first-year annual compensation of $50,016.20, based on an average 45-hour work week.

Requirements

Have a bachelor's degree or be within one semester of graduating with a bachelor's degree.
Have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
Have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction, such as DUI or DWI, in the past five years.
Be authorized to work in the United States without requiring employment authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
