About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program in the Bardstown, Kentucky market, with possible placement at various locations across Bardstown, Nelson County, Springfield, Lebanon, Taylorsville, Bloomfield, Chaplin, and surrounding Central Kentucky communities. Placement depends on business needs and available opportunities.

Management Trainees begin learning the business from a neighborhood branch and serve customers and partners while developing operational expertise. The structured, hands-on program provides training, guidance, mentoring, and support to build the skills needed to eventually manage a branch, develop business, and lead a team. Training covers customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, with an emphasis on putting customers first and building community relationships.

The position offers targeted first-year annual compensation of $50,016.20 and an average 45-hour work week. Enterprise Mobility describes a career path with opportunities for development and promotion from within.

Requirements

• Have a bachelor's degree or be within one semester of graduating with a bachelor's degree.
• Have a valid driver's license, with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
• Have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction, such as DUI or DWI, in the past five years.
• Be authorized to work in the United States and not require work-authorization sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a customer- and partner-facing representative of Enterprise and develop operational expertise.
• Learn the business through a structured, hands-on training program based in a neighborhood branch.
• Develop the knowledge and skills to eventually run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team.
• Build relationships in the community that support business development.
• Learn and perform customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations activities.
• Put customers first.
