About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program, supporting the Bardstown, Kentucky market and nearby Central Kentucky communities. Trainees are based at a neighborhood branch and may be placed at different locations in the market depending on business needs and available opportunities. The structured, hands-on program provides training, development, mentoring, and support to prepare trainees to run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team. The role combines customer-facing service with operational responsibilities and includes learning customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. Trainees also build relationships in the community and work in a culture of friendly competition and promotion from within. Targeted first-year annual compensation is $50,016.20, based on an average 45-hour work week. Enterprise Mobility describes itself as a mobility-solutions provider operating rental, carsharing, truck rental, fleet management, retail car sales, and travel-management services through its brands and subsidiaries.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, or be within one semester of graduating with a bachelor’s degree.
Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
No drug- or alcohol-related conviction, such as DUI or DWI, in the past five years.
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring employment authorization sponsorship from the company now or in the future.
