About The Position

As a Starbucks coffeehouse leader, you lead the team and run the business while creating a warm, welcoming space where customers and the community can connect. You help make the coffeehouse a place of connection and joy, leading with craft and heart. Starbucks offers developmental experiences to support your growth. The role requires full-time availability and regularly involves working more than 40 hours per week. Scheduling may vary and include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

At least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience, or 4 or more years of U.S. military service.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
An entrepreneurial mentality and experience in a sales-focused environment.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.
Minimum high school diploma or GED.
Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country of application.
Ability to work full time, regularly in excess of 40 hours per week, with variable hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
