About The Position

OnTrac is hiring Package Handlers to support warehouse operations at its Kent, Washington location. Package Handlers contribute to the smooth functioning of the operations team, with a focus on quality and adherence to safety protocols to maintain a productive and secure work environment. Work hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” means completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stay on your feet while working.
• Ability to work in warehouse heat and cold, as temperatures vary by season.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety protocols; safety is the company’s first core value.
• Unload trailers and sort packages by ZIP code.
• Load trucks for deliveries.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team.
