Warehouse Package Handler - Multiple shifts available
About The Position
OnTrac is hiring Package Handlers to support warehouse operations. Package Handlers contribute to the smooth functioning of the warehouse by working safely, maintaining quality, and following safety protocols in a fast-paced environment. The role involves unloading trailers, sorting packages by ZIP code, and loading trucks for deliveries. Teamwork is important, as employees work together to complete the job. The position is located at 13301 4 Mile Rd., Caledonia, WI 53216, and pays $18.00 per hour. Seven schedule options are available: Saturday–Wednesday, Sunday–Thursday, Monday–Friday, Tuesday–Saturday, Wednesday–Sunday, Thursday–Monday, or Friday–Tuesday. Shift times are 4:30 a.m.–7:30 a.m. or until the sort is complete. Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” means completion of required daily sorting work and cleanup activities as directed by site management.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to remain on your feet while working.
- Ability to work in heat and cold, as warehouse temperatures vary by season.
- Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Unload trailers.

- Work collaboratively with the team to complete warehouse operations.
