About The Position

OnTrac is hiring Package Handlers to support warehouse operations. Package Handlers are part of the operations team and contribute to the smooth functioning of the warehouse, with a focus on quality and adherence to safety protocols. The role involves unloading trailers, sorting packages by ZIP code, and loading trucks for deliveries. Teamwork is important, and employees are expected to work together to complete the job. The warehouse operates in temperatures that vary by season, and hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” means completing all required sort work for the day and cleanup activities as directed by site management.

The position is located at 350 N Wolf Road, Mount Prospect, IL 60056, and pays $18.75 per hour. Two shift options are listed: 4:00 a.m.–8:00 a.m. or until the end of sort, and 6:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m. or until the end of sort. Both are listed as having seven-day availability.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to remain on your feet while working.
• Ability to work in heat and cold as warehouse temperatures vary by season.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.
