About The Position

OnTrac is hiring Package Handlers to support warehouse operations at 19619 81st Ave S, Kent, WA 98032. Package Handlers contribute to the smooth functioning of the warehouse by working safely, maintaining quality, and helping create a productive work environment. The role involves unloading trailers, sorting packages by ZIP code, and loading trucks for delivery. Shifts are offered across seven possible day-of-week schedules and multiple shift-time options. Hours may vary based on business needs; “End of Sort” means completing all required sort work for the day and cleanup activities as directed by site management. The position pays $18.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stay on your feet while working.
• Ability to work in warehouse temperatures that vary by season, including heat and cold.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety practices and protocols.
• Unload trailers and sort packages by ZIP code.
• Load trucks for deliveries.
• Work collaboratively as part of the team.
