About The Position

OnTrac is hiring Package Handlers to support warehouse operations. Package Handlers contribute to the smooth functioning of the warehouse, with a focus on quality and adherence to safety protocols. The role includes unloading trailers, sorting packages by ZIP code, and loading trucks for delivery. Teamwork is important, and employees are expected to help maintain a productive and secure work environment.

The position is located at 3665 NW 32nd Ave, Vancouver, WA 98660, and pays $18.75 per hour. Seven weekday-and-weekend shift patterns are listed: Saturday–Wednesday, Sunday–Thursday, Monday–Friday, Tuesday–Saturday, Wednesday–Sunday, Thursday–Monday, and Friday–Tuesday. Shift times are listed as 2:30 AM–8:00 AM, 7:00 PM–9:30 PM, or until the end of sort. Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” means completion of the day’s required sort work and cleanup activities, as directed by site management.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and able to remain on their feet, work in changing seasonal warehouse temperatures, and regularly lift, push, pull, or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds. Requirements
