About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a Package Handler to support warehouse operations at its Vancouver, Washington location. Package Handlers contribute to the smooth functioning of the warehouse, with a focus on quality and adherence to safety protocols. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment and maintaining a productive and secure workplace. Workdays are offered across seven schedule options: Saturday–Wednesday, Sunday–Thursday, Monday–Friday, Tuesday–Saturday, Wednesday–Sunday, Thursday–Monday, or Friday–Tuesday. Shift timing options include 2:30 a.m.–8:00 a.m., 7:00 p.m.–9:30 p.m., or until the end of sort. Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” means completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities as directed by site management. Pay is $18.75 per hour.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be able to remain on your feet while working.
• Be able to work in warehouse temperatures that vary with the seasons, including heat and cold.
• Be able to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety while performing warehouse work.
• Unload trailers.
• Sort packages by ZIP code.
• Load trucks for deliveries.
• Work as part of a team to complete the job.
