Warehouse Package Handler
About The Position
OnTrac is hiring Package Handlers to support warehouse operations. Package Handlers contribute to the smooth functioning of the operations team, focusing on quality and following safety protocols to help maintain a productive and secure work environment. The role is based at 200 West Marine View Drive, Everett, WA 98201, and pays $21.25 per hour. Three schedule options are available: Wednesday–Sunday, Monday–Thursday, or Friday–Tuesday. Shifts run from 7:30 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. or until the end of sort. Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” means completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stay on your feet while working.
- Ability to work in warehouse heat and cold, as temperatures vary by season.
- Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Follow safety practices; safety is the company’s first core value.
- Unload trailers and sort packages by ZIP code.
- Load trucks for deliveries.
- Work collaboratively with the team to complete the work.
