About The Position

OnTrac is hiring Package Handlers to join its warehouse operations team. Package Handlers contribute to the smooth functioning of the warehouse by working with a focus on quality and following safety protocols. The role involves unloading trailers, sorting packages by ZIP code, and loading trucks for delivery. Employees work as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” means completion of all required sort work for the day and cleanup activities, as directed by site management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stay on your feet while working.
• Ability to work in heat and cold, as warehouse temperatures vary by season.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety practices; safety is OnTrac’s first core value.
• Unload trailers.
• Sort packages by ZIP code.
• Load trucks for deliveries.
• Work collaboratively with the team to get the job done.
• Complete cleanup activities as directed by site management when working through End of Sort.
