About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a Package Handler to support warehouse operations. The role contributes to the smooth functioning of the operations team, with an emphasis on quality, safety protocols, and maintaining a productive and secure work environment. The schedule requires availability seven days a week, with five working days scheduled. Shifts are listed as Monday through Sunday, 4:15 AM–9:00 AM, or Monday through Friday, 4:15 AM–9:00 AM. Hours may vary based on business needs. Work continues through the completion of required sort work and cleanup activities as directed by site management.

The position is located at 2249 S McDowell Blvd, Petaluma, CA 94954, and pays $19.84 per hour. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stay on your feet while working.
• Ability to work in heat and cold as warehouse temperatures vary by season.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.
• Availability seven days a week; five working days will be scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Unload trailers.
• Sort packages by ZIP code.
• Load trucks for deliveries.
• Follow safety practices and contribute to a safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively with the team to complete the job.
• Complete required sort work and cleanup activities as directed by site management.
