About The Position

OnTrac is hiring Package Handlers to support warehouse operations. Package Handlers contribute to the smooth functioning of the warehouse, focusing on quality and adherence to safety protocols to help maintain a productive and secure work environment. The role involves unloading trailers, sorting packages by ZIP code, and loading trucks for delivery. Employees work as part of a team and are expected to follow safety practices.

The position is located at 5525 Tradesman Dr. #200, Madison, WI 53718, and pays $18.00 per hour. Seven shift patterns are available: Saturday–Wednesday, Sunday–Thursday, Monday–Friday, Tuesday–Saturday, Wednesday–Sunday, Thursday–Monday, or Friday–Tuesday. Shift hours are 5:00 AM–7:30 AM or until the end of sort. Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” means completion of the required sort work and cleanup activities as directed by site management.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, able to remain on their feet, work in varying seasonal warehouse temperatures, and regularly lift, push, pull, or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.
