Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, E-Commerce Management, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of inbound management experience in a small item e-commerce warehouse or 3PL warehouse, with experience handling mixed arrivals from multiple clients and multiple SKUs.
  • Familiar with WMS receiving and putaway logic; understand common barcode and packaging requirements of e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong multitasking abilities; able to effectively handle peak-period receiving pressure.
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the small item inbound team (receiving clerks, putaway clerks, quality inspectors), responsible for staffing, training, and daily task assignment.
  • Coordinate with customers on delivery appointments, oversee rapid counting and system receiving, ensuring that goods are put away within the committed timeframe without backlogs.
  • Supervise piece-by-piece quality inspection of small items and label verification to prevent defective inventory from entering the sellable area.
  • Coordinate the handling of mixed arrivals from different clients, guiding the team to quickly sort, categorize, and put away items based on client identifiers.
  • Generate inbound timeliness reports, putaway accuracy reports, quality inspection issue classification statistics reports, and replenishment feedback for suppliers/clients.
  • Provide real-time inbound status updates to e-commerce clients.
  • Ensure real-time and accurate entry of receiving and putaway data, providing a foundational guarantee for front-end inventory visibility.
