About The Position

GXO is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and lead a team in delivering efficient operations and exceptional customer service. The supervisor prepares schedules, trains and coaches team members, monitors work quality, communicates with leadership and other departments, and implements continuous improvement plans. The position is on the second shift, Tuesday through Saturday, from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., with flexibility to work overtime as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime that may include weekends.

The role requires at least two years of relevant work experience and experience using warehouse management systems, Microsoft Office, and computerized scanner equipment. GXO offers an annual salary range of $70,304 to $72,500 for this role in California and describes a benefits package that includes paid time off, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401(k), among other benefits for eligible employees. Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience working with WMS systems, such as SAP, Manhattan, or Blue Yonder.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends.
• Ability to lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to reach, including above the head, bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat, and kneel.
• Ability to handle or manage tools or equipment.
• Ability to tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field.
• 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment.
• Experience with SAP Warehouse Management System.
• Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience.
