About The Position
SEKO MedTec is a leading third-party logistics (3PL) provider specializing in medical device warehousing, distribution, fulfillment, and supply chain solutions. Our team plays a critical role in supporting healthcare providers and patients by ensuring products are handled accurately, safely, and efficiently. We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to help lead our Antioch, TN operation and drive continued operational success. This is an excellent opportunity for a Warehouse Supervisor, Operations Supervisor, Distribution Supervisor, Warehouse Manager, Fulfillment Supervisor, or Logistics Supervisor looking to expand their leadership responsibilities and make a direct impact on a growing operation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, fulfillment, supply chain, manufacturing, or transportation operations
- 2+ years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience
- Experience hiring, training, and developing employees
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with inventory management, warehouse management systems (WMS), shipping, receiving, and fulfillment operations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced operational environment
Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, inventory, and fulfillment operations
- Interview, train, and develop employees
- Ensure inventory accuracy and operational efficiency
- Monitor productivity, quality, safety, and customer service metrics
- Partner with customers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure operational success
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Maintain compliance with company, customer, and regulatory requirements
