Warehouse Operations Supervisor
About The Position
Schneider Electric is hiring a Warehouse Operations Supervisor for its Goodyear, Arizona facility within the Secure Power Business, Modular Data Center Division. The role leads warehouse operations and is responsible for safety, efficiency, and service excellence, supporting mission-critical infrastructure operations. The position reports to the Supply Chain Planning Manager. The supervisor leads receiving, warehousing, picking, packing, and shipping activities; coordinates work across teams and shifts; develops employees; and monitors logistics performance, cost, and quality. The role also manages staffing, performance, and scheduling while driving continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of warehouse experience.
- Prior supervisory experience is required.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems.
Nice To Haves
- A degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- SAP experience is preferred.
