About The Position

The Warehouse Supervisor leads and oversees the end-to-end warehouse operation for Cables & Sensors, a PartsSource company. The role owns receiving, inventory accuracy, bin and location management, quality testing, picking, packing, shipping, and returns—from supplier delivery through customer fulfillment or return disposition. The defining operational metric is same-day fulfillment, supporting healthcare customers whose equipment may be out of service. The supervisor sets daily priorities and work assignments, manages fulfillment against carrier cutoff times, adjusts staffing and work sequencing as order volume changes, and works on the floor during peak periods as needed. The position also trains and coaches employees, supports scheduling and time approval, and maintains safety, quality, and organization standards. The role manages inbound shipment verification and issue resolution, outbound shipments across ground, air, and international services, expedited orders, shipment exceptions, carrier claims, and international shipping documentation. It coordinates with purchasing, suppliers, customer service, and sales to resolve issues and maintain fulfillment commitments.
