Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations and team management.
  • Profound knowledge of the logistics sector with a network of logistics service providers.
  • Exceptional leadership, influence, organizational, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork capabilities.
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin.

  • A bachelor’s Degree is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, putaway, inventory control, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
  • Lead and manage warehouse associates to ensure productivity, safety, and quality standards are met.
  • Monitor labor utilization and staffing levels to support operational demands.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and process compliance.
  • Coordinate with transportation, customer service, and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Track and report warehouse KPIs, including productivity, accuracy, SLA performance, and labor efficiency.
  • Train, coach, and develop warehouse employees while maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and OSHA compliance standards.
  • Identify operational issues and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Assist Warehouse Manager with workforce planning, scheduling, and operational reporting
