About The Position
The Warehouse Material Handler II performs physical and administrative work related to shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, storing, and distributing materials, parts, supplies, and equipment at Entegris’s Hillsboro, Oregon site. The role is approximately 50% active work and 50% computer work.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in a warehouse role that includes data entry.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to solve problems independently, with attention to detail and organizational and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of and proficiency with computers.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and walk or stand for the duration of the shift.
- Use required personal protective equipment while on duty, including safety glasses and steel-toed shoes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Good communication skills.
- Reliable attendance.
Responsibilities
- Unpack and check received goods against purchase orders or invoices, maintain receiving records, and reject unsatisfactory items.
- Verify the quantity and quality of incoming deliveries.
- Prepare and maintain records of merchandise shipped, post weights and shipping charges, and prepare goods for final shipment.
- Examine, stock, and distribute materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines.
- Prepare kitting packages for production.
- Conduct physical inventory counts.
