About The Position

As a Warehouse Manager, you are the essential link connecting our products to our customers – responsible for leading daily warehouse operations and ensuring our team delivers accurate, efficient, and safe service. You will oversee receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and the loading/unloading process while driving performance and maintaining a strong safety culture.

Requirements

Previous Warehouse Management: Leadership or management experience required
21+ Years Old: Must be at least 21 years old to apply
Willing to Learn: Eager to learn Gateway Supply's operations and products
Physical Aptitude: This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis.

Responsibilities

Manage the daily operation of the warehouse including safety & administrative functions.
Train warehouse associates on operations, policies, and procedures.
Oversee efficient truck loading & unloading, proper material handling, accurate receiving & shipping, and a clean, well-maintained warehouse.
Ensure precise inventory control through consistent tracking, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy processes.
Manage fleet equipment.
Lead, coach, and support warehouse associates to maintain productivity and service levels.
Deliver exceptional service to internal and external customers.
Uphold Safety standards in all operations.
