As a Branch Manager at Chase, you lead and manage all aspects of a branch, including growing deposits and investments, overseeing operations, and coaching the team. You create a welcoming environment for employees and clients, represent the company’s brand and culture, provide banking solutions and financial technology, and collaborate with specialists to address clients’ financial needs. You must complete the Branch Manager Training Program before placement and travel as required for in-person training and meetings, which may include out-of-state travel. The position is subject to Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators and requires NMLS registration under the SAFE Act. Continued employment depends on meeting applicable registration, renewal, and compliance requirements. Employment offers are contingent on review of relevant background and financial information; felony convictions within the last seven years disqualify candidates. Chase offers a competitive total rewards package, which may include base salary and, for eligible roles, commission-based pay or discretionary incentive compensation. Benefits and programs are eligibility-dependent and include comprehensive health care coverage, on-site health and wellness centers, a retirement savings plan, backup childcare, tuition reimbursement, mental health support, and financial coaching. Additional compensation and benefits details are provided during hiring.
