About The Position
Dutch Bros Coffee is hiring a Broista to deliver friendly, high-energy customer service and prepare quality drinks in a fast-paced shop. The role involves connecting with customers, helping them explore the menu, working efficiently during busy periods, and supporting the crew. The work is physically demanding and may involve being on your feet for up to 10-hour shifts, working in inclement weather, and lifting, pushing, pulling, or carrying up to 65 pounds. Training, certifications, and knowledge tests are provided to help employees meet Dutch Bros standards. Compensation is $10.00 per hour in base pay, plus an average of $7.25 per hour in tips; actual tips may vary.
