About The Position
Dutch Bros Coffee is hiring a Broista in Taylors, South Carolina. This is a fast-paced, high-energy, physically demanding customer-service role. Broistas connect with customers, bring positive energy to each shift, help customers explore the menu, and prepare high-quality drinks while keeping up with a steady flow of customers. The position involves working on your feet for shifts of up to 10 hours, being prepared for different weather conditions, and occasionally pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 65 pounds. Broistas work collaboratively with their crew, maintain a tidy workspace, and follow food safety standards. The company provides training, certifications, and knowledge tests to help employees meet Dutch Bros standards. Compensation is $10.00 per hour in base pay, plus an average of $7.25 per hour in tips.
