About The Position
Dutch Bros Coffee is hiring a Broista to serve customers in a fast-paced, high-energy coffee shop. The role involves connecting with customers, helping them navigate the menu, preparing high-quality drinks efficiently, and bringing positive energy to every shift. Broistas work collaboratively, maintain a clean workspace, follow food safety standards, and reliably attend scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings. Training, certifications, and knowledge tests are provided to help employees meet Dutch Bros standards. The work can be physically demanding and requires standing and moving quickly for shifts of up to 10 hours, working in varying weather conditions, and potentially pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 65 pounds. The position offers a base wage of $10.00 per hour plus tips, with an average of $7.25 per hour in tips reported for 2025; actual tips may vary.
