About The Position

A Broista is the face of Dutch Bros Coffee, delivering friendly, high-energy customer service while preparing quality drinks in a fast-paced shop. The role involves connecting with customers, helping them navigate the menu, working closely with the crew, and maintaining a clean workspace that meets food-safety standards. Broistas are expected to be reliable, adaptable, positive, and committed to learning and growth. The work is physically demanding and may involve standing and moving for shifts of up to 10 hours, working in varying weather conditions, and pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 65 pounds. Training, certifications, and knowledge tests are provided.
