About The Position
Imperial Brady is hiring a Warehouse Lead Associate in City of Industry, California. The role supports warehouse operations and helps promote a strong safety culture. The Warehouse Lead sets an example for safety excellence and ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 4:00 AM to 12:30 PM or until finished.
Requirements
- Three years of warehouse distribution experience.
- Experience with an RF scanner.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Nice To Haves
- Supervisory experience.
- Experience with a cherry picker, stand-up forklift, and double electric pallet jack.
Responsibilities
- Train new hires on warehouse processes.
- Train warehouse employees and others on safety-related issues.
- Audit pallets and work.
- Assist with loading, inspect loads, and ensure proper load quality.
- Collaborate with the supervisor to cover the desk when necessary.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and work-related injuries.
- Prepare and submit accident-related compliance forms and maintain files.
- Develop safety reports and cost-saving recommendations.
- Develop employees involved in safety, training, and compliance processes.
- Promote safety excellence and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
