About The Position

Ginsberg’s Foods is hiring a full-time Day Warehouse Associate in Hudson, New York. No experience is required. The role handles incoming and outgoing warehouse products, including receiving, unloading, sorting, replenishing, picking, and loading freight. The associate may also support dock and receiving clerks and help with Will Call customer orders. The position uses an automated voice pick system to pick orders from the dry, cooler, and freezer sections, and warehouse rolling stock to load pallets onto trucks. Pallets must be built and wrapped for safe transport. The job requires comfortably lifting and maneuvering cases weighing 1–80 pounds. The weekly schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Starting compensation is $21 per hour.

Requirements

Able to comfortably lift and maneuver cases weighing from 1 to 80 pounds.
Dedicated team player who likes operating heavy machinery in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

Receive, unload, sort, replenish, pull, and load freight.
Support Dock Clerk and Receiving Clerk functions when necessary.
Support picking and product loading for Will Call customers.
Use an automated voice pick system to pick orders from the dry, cooler, and freezer sections of the warehouse.
Replenish product in the appropriate pick slots.
Load pallets of product onto trucks using warehouse rolling stock.
Build and wrap pallets to allow for safe transport of the product.
