About The Position

Sizemore, Inc. is hiring Warehouse Industrial Cleaners in Opa-Locka, Florida. The role pays $17.50 per hour at a limited-time seasonal rate and offers full-time work. Available schedules are Sunday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday, with shifts listed as 6:00 AM–5:00 PM. The posting also refers to the schedules as nights, although the listed shift hours are daytime. Overtime may be required. Work takes place indoors and outdoors, sometimes in changing weather conditions. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have reliable transportation.

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Ability to perform extensive standing and walking, frequent stair climbing, bending, stooping, and reaching.

Responsibilities

Remove and dispose of cardboard, packing materials, wood, and other waste.
Clean flooring using push or backpack vacuums, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing.
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
Use cleaning chemicals safely and follow labeling and dilution guidelines.
Maintain janitorial equipment in safe, operational condition.
Operate augers, balers, and waste compactors as needed.
Report irregularities and follow company and client policies.
Support a culture of continuous improvement.
Perform additional tasks as assigned.
