About The Position
Sizemore, Inc. is hiring Warehouse Industrial Cleaners in Opa Locka, Florida. The role involves cleaning warehouse areas and flooring, handling waste and recyclable materials, safely using cleaning chemicals and equipment, and following company and client policies. The position offers a limited-time seasonal rate of $16.50 per hour and stable, full-time work. Available schedules are Sunday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday, with shifts from 6:00 PM to 5:00 AM. Overtime may be required. Sizemore participates in E-Verify; if hired, eligibility to work in the United States will be verified through the federal program.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must pass a 7-year background check and drug test.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Remove and dispose of cardboard, packing materials, wood, and other materials.
- Clean flooring using push or backpack vacuums, and sweep, mop, and scrub as needed.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
- Use cleaning chemicals safely, following labeling and dilution guidelines.
- Maintain janitorial equipment in safe, operational condition.
- Operate equipment such as augers, balers, and waste compactors as needed.
- Report irregularities and uphold company and client policies.
- Support a culture of continuous improvement.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
