Warehouse Fulfillment Specialists help supply independent retailers across New England by selecting grocery, perishable, and freezer products and preparing pallets for shipment. The role is performed independently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The starting wage is $23.10 per hour, paid weekly, with stated higher rates of $26 per hour on Sundays and $46 per hour on Fridays. Financial incentives are available for attendance and high performance. New hires receive training from a dedicated coaching team, and advancement opportunities are available. The available schedule is Sunday through Thursday, starting at 12 p.m. and continuing until completion, averaging 8–10 hours, with an occasional 10 a.m. Friday shift. Employees may be asked to perform other warehouse functions as business needs and seniority dictate, including work at varying hours and in different environments, using material-handling equipment to support receiving, stocking, shipping, loading, and other functions that maintain a clean and safe operation. Safety is a top priority, and training is provided for forklifts and pallet jacks. No prior experience is required. The work is physical and takes place in a multi-temperature environment, including temperatures as low as -20°. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, able to work on their feet for extended periods, frequently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift 50–100 pounds, and follow audio directions through a headset. Applicants selected for an in-person interview must complete a basic math and warehouse label assessment. Pre-employment procedures include a background check, drug screen, physical, and lift test. Strike conditions exist.
