About The Position

The Warehouse Inbound Replenisher (Forklift Operator) fills pick lines with inventory and unloads inventory from truck deliveries into warehouse backstock. The role receives and moves product throughout the warehouse, maintains accurate computerized inventory records, and uses warehouse equipment to support replenishment and inventory activities. This is a full-time, non-exempt position reporting to the Inbound Supervisor/Warehouse Manager. The work is performed on first shift, Monday through Friday; start and end times may change based on workload.

Requirements

Knowledge of arranging product, maintaining slots, and managing inventory in the inventory system using an RF scanner.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on first shift, Monday through Friday; start and end times are subject to change based on workload.
Punctuality and dependability.
High school graduate or GED.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Frequent walking, standing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.

Nice To Haves

OSHA certification.

Responsibilities

Follow directions accurately, consistently, and safely.
Identify and receive product cases into inventory locations using warehouse equipment.
Handle stock rotation and move cases throughout the warehouse.
Operate warehouse equipment, including cherry pickers, forklifts, clamp pickers, and electric floor jacks, and perform daily maintenance on equipment.
Maintain computerized inventory control records for product receipts, shipments, transfers within the warehouse, returns, and other product movements.
Hand-stack product cases in a specified sequence and location on delivery trucks.
Remove cases of product from delivery trucks.
Return undelivered cases to their proper inventory locations.
Move and stack cases to conduct physical inventory.
Assist with physical inventories and cycle counting as directed.
Repack product bottles into special packages for promotional programs.
Perform cleaning and maintenance duties as directed.
Cooperate with supervisors and peers.
Perform other duties as assigned.
