About The Position

The Warehouse Forklift Replenisher operates forklifts and pallet jacks to fill pick bins with inventory for assigned warehouse locations. The role uses Encompass, the Warehouse Management System, to complete move tasks and direct replenishment, and ensures products and bin inventories meet rotation and accuracy standards. The position is full-time, non-exempt, and reports to the Outbound Manager. The Outbound shift is Monday through Friday, starting at 12:00 p.m.; start and end times may change based on workload.

Requirements

Good communication skills individually and as part of the Warehouse team.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment during the Outbound shift, Monday through Friday, starting at 12:00 p.m.; start and end times may change based on workload.
Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
Proficiency in the Encompass Warehouse Management System.
Punctual, detail-oriented, and dependable.

High school graduate or GED.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Frequently walk, stand, push, pull, and lift.

OSHA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Use Encompass to ensure bin moves are completed for all move tasks.
Replenish products according to proper rotation standards and maintain accurate pick-bin and backstock-bin inventories.
Remove plastic from pallets replenished to pick bins and remove empty pallets from pick bins.
Communicate consistently with Order Selectors about pick-bin needs.
Replenish carton-flow products by hand and keep partial pallets clean and organized.
Place plastic in plastic bins and take the bins to the plastic bailer; create plastic bails when needed.
Assist with loading when needed.
Replenish to-order during the shift using Encompass-directed replenishment and replenish products as needed using Encompass.
Drop pallets from backstock racks to pick bins when needed.
Complete inspections for equipment operated, water batteries as needed, and clean equipment as scheduled.
Clean the assigned area at the end of each shift.
Perform other duties as assigned.
