About The Position

The Replenisher maintains products and storage bins based on inventory analysis to ensure the right products reach customers on time and support order picking. The primary product lines include durable medical goods such as canes, wheelchairs, in-home hospital beds, and respiratory products. The role supports performance in safety, quality, service, and people while maintaining inventory accuracy and contributing to continuous improvement in a warehouse environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic computer skills, including PC, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel), and RF scanners.
Ability to use material movement equipment such as cherry pickers and pallet jacks.
Analytical ability and proficiency with numbers and strong math skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to accurately follow verbal and written instructions.

Nice To Haves

Experience operating a turret truck or swing-reach machine is preferred.
SAP or Warehouse Management System experience.

Responsibilities

Run daily reports to determine replenishment needs.
Create transfer orders to address identified needs.
Physically move products for open transfer orders.
Confirm completed transfer orders.
Maintain clean and orderly inventory and storage locations.
Maintain the inventory master list.
Assist with quarterly product and bin analysis and resets based on provided sales data.
Maintain inventory accuracy based on SAP system counts.
Promote a continuous-improvement attitude and environment.
Assist with inventory-related special projects.
Comply with safety requirements and maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area.
Perform other duties as assigned.
