About The Position
The Warehouse/Replenishment Associate maintains and delivers stock to various locations throughout the day. The role involves pulling reports and filling orders to keep merchandise levels adequately maintained, while providing good customer service through efficient inventory control and distribution. The associate may also perform Sales Associate duties on the sales floor or in a support environment, including greeting, selling to, and thanking customers; helping create a positive shopping experience; maintaining a friendly, well-kept environment; and demonstrating selling ability in a fast-paced, service-oriented retail setting.
Requirements
- Display a consistent sense of urgency.
- Prioritize and handle several projects at once.
- Be able to work various shifts in a team-oriented 7/365 environment, including weekends and holidays.
- Pass the Federal Criminal History Record Check and Paradies Lagardere Background Check.
- Perform computer work and physical tasks including lifting up to 40 pounds, standing for long periods, climbing, and bending.
