About The Position

The Warehouse/Replenishment Associate maintains and delivers stock to various locations throughout the day. The role involves pulling reports and filling orders to ensure merchandise levels are adequately maintained, while providing customer service through efficient inventory control and distribution. The associate may also perform Sales Associate duties on the sales floor or in a support environment, including greeting, selling to, and thanking customers, helping create a positive shopping experience in a well-maintained and friendly environment, and demonstrating selling ability in a fast-paced, service-oriented retail setting.

Requirements

Display a consistent sense of urgency.
Ability to prioritize and handle several projects at once.
Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team-oriented environment, including weekends and holidays.
Pass the Federal Criminal History Record Check and Paradies Lagardere Background Check.
Ability to perform computer work, lift up to 40 lbs., stand for long periods, climb, and bend.
Demonstrate selling experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented retail setting.
