About The Position

The Warehouse Replenisher, also referred to as the Warehouse Replenishment Associate, is responsible for accurately, safely, and promptly handling incoming and outgoing inventory. The role receives, stocks, and replenishes inventory to support order fulfillment, verifies product counts and shipping or receiving documents, and operates forklifts and other packaging and material-movement equipment. The position may involve lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds and operating forklifts at heights of up to 30 feet. The associate communicates throughout the fulfillment process, works efficiently toward goals, and may take on additional tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Excellent work record, including attendance, attitude, and productivity.
Basic computer or tablet skills.
Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Reading comprehension and written communication skills.
Ability to read, understand, and follow written work instructions in English, including safety instructions, operating procedures, policies, and other job-related documentation necessary to perform essential functions.
Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to operate forklift equipment reaching heights of up to 30 feet.
Ability to communicate effectively throughout the order fulfillment process.

Responsibilities

Receive, stock, and replenish inventory using a forklift in preparation for order fulfillment.
Load incoming and outgoing products using a forklift; the work may also include lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Verify receiving and shipping documents and ensure product counts are accurate.
Operate packaging and material-movement equipment, including a forklift and shrink-wrap machine.
Operate forklift equipment reaching heights of up to 30 feet.
Communicate effectively throughout the order fulfillment process.
Use product knowledge to fulfill orders correctly and escalate issues as needed.
Work efficiently to attain goals.
Perform other projects or tasks assigned by management.
Wear personal protective equipment when required and comply with company policies and procedures.
