Warehouse Employee
About The Position
The Warehouse Employee works under the direction of the Warehouse Manager, Assistant Manager, or Team Leader. The role is responsible for unloading and/or loading trucks and for picking, pulling, and putting away tires and other products. The employee uses provided equipment and tools to verify and handle products, keeps products in designated locations with tags visible, and restocks as needed. The position also includes receiving loads through product-number verification and check-in, fulfilling and shipping Amazon and Walmart orders, loading route trucks, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse. The employee supports management decisions, company goals, and K&M values, and performs other duties as assigned. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The work environment is not climate controlled and can be cold in winter and hot in summer.

- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment with cold winter and hot summer temperatures.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
Responsibilities
- Unload semi-trailers and/or assist with loading semi-trailers and route trucks.
- Use equipment and tools accurately and safely to verify, pick/pull, and put away tires and products.
- Keep tires and products in designated locations with tags out, and restock as needed.
- Work safely at all times, including properly using equipment seat belts and order-picker harnesses.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
- Support the Warehouse Manager’s decisions and company goals, and uphold K&M values.
- Receive loads through product-number verification and check-in.
- Pick/pull and ship Amazon and Walmart orders.
- Load all route trucks.
- Perform other appropriate duties as assigned.
