About The Position

The Warehouse Employee works under the direction of the Warehouse Manager, Assistant Manager, or Team Leader. The role is responsible for unloading and/or loading trucks and for picking, pulling, and putting away tires and other products. The employee verifies incoming products, helps fulfill and ship Amazon and Walmart orders, and loads route trucks. The position also involves maintaining a clean, organized, and safely operated warehouse while supporting company goals and values.

Able to learn and use scanning devices to accurately confirm tires and shipments.
Able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment with cold winter and hot summer temperatures.
Able to read, write, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

Unload semi-trailers and assist with loading semi-trailers and route trucks.
Use provided equipment and tools safely and accurately to verify, pick or pull, and put away tires and products.
Keep tires and products in designated locations with tags out, and restock as needed.
Work safely, including proper use of equipment seat belts and order-picker harnesses.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
Support the Warehouse Manager’s decisions and company goals, and uphold K&M values.
Receive loads by verifying product numbers and checking products in.
Pick or pull and ship Amazon and Walmart orders.
Load all route trucks.
Perform other duties as appropriate and assigned.
