About The Position
We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Employee / Assembler to join our production team. No experience is needed because training is provided. The role involves assembling refrigeration equipment and components, handling materials and finished products, preparing orders for shipment, and supporting production and shipping teams. The position is located in Medley, Florida, pays $15.00 per hour, and follows a full-time Monday–Friday schedule.
Requirements
- No experience is required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Dependable and punctual, with reliable transportation to Medley, Florida.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not provided.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or HVAC/R.
- Comfort using hand and power tools.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Assemble refrigeration equipment and components by following instructions and the team’s direction.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely.
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials and finished products.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Inspect work for quality and report any issues.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Work with the production and shipping teams to keep orders on schedule.
