About The Position

The Warehouse Coordinator ensures bits are in the correct status in Track A Tool (TAT) and that bits are shipped and received both physically and electronically. The role is based on-site in China Grove, Texas, and supports warehouse and repair-facility operations, including inventory movements, shipping documentation, reporting, and safe handling of products.

Requirements

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent, or relevant experience.
0–1 years of work experience in inventory control or a warehouse role.
Ability to use JDE, Carbon, TAT, TeamCenter, and Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Ability to use cranes and forklifts safely in compliance with HSE requirements.
Understanding of the shipping process.

Responsibilities

Ensure movements are recorded in TAT, including receiving and transferring.
Create bills of lading (BOLs) and daily shipping logs, and communicate them to districts.
Locate and sort bits in the repair facility, including repair and new bodies.
Run daily, weekly, and monthly reports to ensure bits are in the correct status in TAT.
Move bits between the shop floor and storage as needed.
Ensure bits arriving from the field are received and, if DBR, moved to “Waiting to be Scrapped” upon arrival.
Comply with NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.
Assist with miscellaneous technician tasks as needed.
Use cranes and forklifts to move products safely in compliance with HSE requirements.
Follow shipping processes, specifications, procedures, and customer requirements.
Participate in training and facility HSE programs.
Help ensure effective communication between districts and the repair facility.
Observe safety regulations, wear proper personal protective equipment, promote safe working practices, and adhere to HSE and Quality requirements.
Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by management.
