About The Position

The Warehouse Coordinator manages warehouse inventory and organization supporting 30 actively working workover rigs and their accessory equipment. The role receives and stocks deliveries, collects and organizes items for delivery to the field, and operates a forklift in the shop and yard in all weather conditions. It also supports the purchase request and purchase order process, uses a computer for general warehouse operations, inventory tracking, and email, and sources and quotes parts and supplies at competitive prices. The coordinator maintains organized, stocked parts and yard areas.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize warehouse inventory for 30 actively working workover rigs and their accessory equipment.
• Receive deliveries and stock items.
• Collect and organize items for delivery to the field.

• Assist with the purchase request and purchase order process.
• Use a computer for warehouse operations, inventory tracking, and email.
• Source and quote parts and supplies at the best prices.
