About The Position

As a Warehouse Clerk, you will verify and maintain records on outgoing shipments to help keep local communities supplied with food. The position is at a facility handling freezer and perishable products, with work environments that may also include grocery warehouse and office areas. The role is based at 2880 North 112th St., Wauwatosa, WI, and pays $19.00 per hour. The schedule is a second-shift, four-day, 10-hour shift. Travel is not required.

Requirements

• At least six months of warehouse experience.
• Ability to work the overnight shift.
• Ability to work overtime.
• Qualifications listed include attendance, initiative, productivity, quality, safety, and values.
• General Equivalency Diploma (General Studies) or High School Diploma (General Studies) is listed among the qualifications.

Nice To Haves

• Pallet jack experience is preferred.
• Experience in grocery selection is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documents such as work orders, bills of lading, and shipping orders to route products.
• Record shipping data, including weight, charges, space availability, damages, and discrepancies, for reporting, accounting, and record-keeping purposes.
• Confer and correspond with establishment representatives to resolve problems such as damage and non-conformance to specifications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
