About The Position

Ferguson is seeking an entry-level Warehouse Associate to join its team. The role supports warehouse operations by preparing outbound customer orders and receiving, verifying, staging, and stocking incoming materials. The associate uses warehouse technology and material-handling equipment while following safety procedures and helping maintain a clean, safe facility. The stated schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, with the possibility of higher pay based on experience. The listed pay range is $15.30–$22.24 per hour, and the role is eligible for a bonus or incentive plan.

Nice To Haves

0–3 years of warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
Accurately and promptly receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming material.
Clean the workspace while working and help keep the facility clean, safe, and accident-free.
Follow safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
