About The Position

Ferguson is seeking an entry-level Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations and prepare customer orders. The role includes safely operating a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker), handling and organizing materials, and using RF devices to process orders. Associates are expected to follow safety requirements, use personal protective equipment, and help maintain a clean, safe facility. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with overtime as needed. The posting states a starting wage of $20 per hour or more with experience; its listed pay range is $17.41–$26.11 per hour. The role is bonus or incentive plan eligible. Pre-employment drug and background screening are required.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming material accurately and on time.
Clean the workspace while working and help the team keep the facility clean, safe, and accident-free.
Follow safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
