About The Position

Ferguson is seeking an entry-level Warehouse Associate to prepare outbound customer orders and handle incoming materials. The role involves operating a stand-up forklift, using RF devices, and maintaining an orderly, safe facility. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The position is bonus or incentive plan eligible.

Nice To Haves

1–3 years of warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management.
Forklift operator experience.
Spanish bilingual ability.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
Accurately and promptly receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming material.
Clean the workspace while working and help the team keep the facility clean, safe, and accident-free.
Follow safety regulations, including the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
