About The Position

Ferguson is hiring a Union Warehouse Associate to help prepare and process customer orders and incoming materials. The role involves safely operating a stand-up forklift, using RF devices, handling pallets and packages, and helping maintain a clean and safe facility. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 12:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., with overtime as needed. The union pay rate is $23.03 per hour. Pre-employment drug and background screening are required.

Nice To Haves

0–3 years of warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming material accurately and promptly.
Clean the workspace while working and help keep the facility clean, safe, and accident-free.
Follow safety regulations and use personal protective equipment, including a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.
Continue improving system efficiencies and business practices.
